2023 BMW 3 Series vs 2022 BMW 3 Series

Serving Mamaroneck, NY

The gorgeous BMW 3 Series sedan has been impressing Mamaroneck drivers for several decades. It benefited from a significant update in 2019 when its seventh generation was released to enthusiastic drivers. Thoughtful updates have been made to improve the 3 Series since that time progressively, and this model’s evolution continues in the 2023 model year. Our BMW Mamaroneck associates are excited to be a part of your next purchase experience, and we are looking forward to showing off the latest improvements to the 3 Series sedan.

Performance

In 2023, the BMW 3 Series continues to be available with three powertrain possibilities. The lineup starts with a 255-horsepower, turbo four-cylinder engine paired with an eight-speed auto transmission. The mid-range trim has a turbo four-cylinder, plug-in hybrid engine that produces 288 combined horsepower. The top trim has a gas-powered, turbo six-cylinder engine with 382 horsepower. It has an M Sport differential, upgraded brakes, and a sports suspension system. All trims have a rear-wheel drive layout, but the top trim is available with optional all-wheel drive.

Appearance

The 2023 3 Series displays a refreshed exterior that visually expresses its luxury and sophistication. Its sleekness is brought to life through a swooping hood and rounded roof. The segmented grille rounds outward to connect with the arrow-like, double-elemental headlights. The black lower fascia curves slightly to point toward the athletic air vents. You will find angled, precision molding throughout the sides that shows off the car’s forward momentum.

Features

There are also a few improvements to the cabin for the 2023 model year. The central display screen is now larger and is fluidly connected to the digital instrumentation screen in a curved unit. The display screen has more touch capabilities with fewer buttons. All trims continue to have BMW connected services, forward collision mitigation, a navigation system, auto climate control, heated side mirrors, and wireless smartphone app integration. For 2022 and 2023, more advanced trims also offer adaptive cruise control, heated front seats, hands-free entry, gesture control, a head-up display, and a few other premium features.

At BMW of Mamaroneck, we usually carry a selection of 3 Series trims in stock for our customers to compare in person. Visit our BMW showroom today to get more familiar with the options in today’s inventory.
