Performance

The 4 Series Convertible and Coupe are available with two engine options. Their lower trim level is outfitted with a mild-hybrid, 2.0-liter, four-cylinder engine, and this system puts out 255 horsepower. The M Performance trim levels for both body styles have a mild-hybrid TwinPower Turbo, 3.0-liter, V6 engine. This system generates 375 horsepower.

Appearance

The 2025 4 Series has breathtaking style with an aerodynamic, high-end design. Both the coupe and convertible roofs are strongly tapered to optimize performance. At the rear, you will find a modest spoiler as well as laser-accented taillights. Across the sides, you can appreciate new wheel designs and aggressive, horizontal sculpting. At the front, the 2025 4 Series introduces new headlights and a redesigned, vertically inspired grille. Cape York Green Metallic and Vegas Red Metallic are available as exterior color options for the first time.

Features

While there are extensive differences in the available features between the trim levels, there are no differences in features based specifically on body styles. Both versions have an iDrive 8.5 OS with Quick Select, a curved infotainment system, a driver’s gauge screen, and an intelligent personal assistant. The premium materials in the cabin have been updated, and the dashboard is now styled with integrated contoured lighting. Two steering wheel designs are available, including illuminated buttons and paddle shifters. Additional features are voice commands, sports seats, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, a wireless internet connection, a navigation system featuring an augmented view, a Personal eSim, remote vehicle access, and more.
